Great “grab n go” for busy mornings. I used reg flour vs coconut flor, turned out fantastic.

Delicious! I'll be making these again. Only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars is that they came out super salty. I'd honestly drop the added salt or maybe cut it to it to 1/4tsp added. They come out the texture of a fluffy biscuit and travel really well as a snack for work.
