- 1/4 cup fresh mint (washed and dried)
- 1 large garlic clove (cut into pieces)

- 1 chile (small hot, such as Hawaiian chile pepper or Thai bird chile, trimmed, seeds removed)
- 1 tsp. gluten free tamari
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (plus more to taste, if necessary)
- 6 oz. dried rice noodles (Bahn pho, flat rice noodles)
- 2 cups pohole (cups, fern shoots, rinsed, trimmed, cut into 1-2 inch lengths, or Asparagus)
- 1/2 lb. shrimp (deveined peeled)
- 1 large garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. canola oil
