Gorgeous! Perfect as a side with grilled steak. We live in Louisiana. This dish reminded me of one from a chef at Brennan’s Restaurant in New Orleans. I remember a Chef Aymar said he added a bit Worcestershire sauce and Tony’s Creole seasoning to butter. Ce C’est Bon!
