Very good and very easy to make. I used a 28 oz. can of San Marzano/diced tomatoes. Generous garlic. Also added basil (used a paste in tube, could also do fresh) if not San Marzano. Add 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese, stir in at end. Served with a side of naan bread/cheesy French bread and roasted vegetables. Or crostini. Pairs amazingly well with a smoky scotch ;)
