    I made this with pork chops and enjoyed it. It is something I would make once in a while for a change. Won’t be in the “favorites” rotation.

    i used leeks instead of onion and cooked it in a combination of bacon grease and peanut oil. i added a touch of brandy and truffle salt to deepen the flavor. it was great.
