    It was weird. The cumin is overpowering and doesn’t blend with the lemon juice. It was overtly acidic and not good. Tweak it by omitting the cumin and lemon juice and/or vinegar. Don’t recommend as is.

    My partner loved it! I found the flavour gets better the next day (believe it or not) so no worries if you end up making enough for leftovers! Will make again for sure!
