Nice recipe for a beginner cook. This is a straightforward mixture saute. You really can add any greens or mushrooms and onions, and in any amounts to make this tasty. I used rainbow chard sliced thin and added some ghee for a nice butter flavor. Served with a white fish, green beans, and gnocchi.

Seems to have turned out well! I added drained and rinsed cannellini beans to it, used lion’s mane mushroom, and tatsoi for the greens. Serving with brown rice.

Excellent!
This dish takes great. I used a 1.5 lb bag of power greens instead of 1 lb.. Everything else I stuck to the recipe.

i cooked collard greens, 2 kinds of kale and spinach. i sauteed the greens then added some broth to add more flavor and soften. i then added the kale and spinach last. the lemon was a nice touch!! i actually added the juice of a whole lemon because of the amount of greens. i will definitely make this again!!

Simple yet yummy, served over quinoa! I cut the recipe in half but still did a half lemon and it was great. I added crushed red pepper and put a bit more salt n pepper before serving.

Love it! Super delicious and healthy side dish. I ended up cooking my mushrooms for 25 minutes to brown them better! Can't wait to make it again!

This was a very delicious dish, I just doubled up on everything and put it over linguine. My household loved it!

Turned out amazing! I think the lemon suggestion might have been a little too much but it tasted good either way. Loved it
