    Turned out great! Used Atriveda Chardonnay from Total Wine which is a DELICIOUS dry, crisp, unoaked, NOT buttery, Chardonnay. We will definitely make these again and again......

    These are literally to DIE for delicious mushrooms they are super rich though so keep that in mind when planning the rest of your meal I make these pretty often now cause they are mine and my fiancé’s fav way to have cooked mushrooms now.
