- 2 lb. green beans (fresh, or frozen organic)
- 9 shiitake mushrooms (large, fresh, not dried)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)

Directions
- Wash beans, cut off ends, and snap them in half.
- Steam the green beans until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Coat large pan with grapeseed oil and place on low-medium heat.
- Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in the green beans and sauté for 6-8 minutes, until beans are browned. Serve with quinoa, fish or chicken.
