I first tried frying it and I accidentally burnt it, but I made the rub a second time and this time BAKED it and it turned out absolutely delicious. It was packed with sweet flavor, and I served it with a nice side of green beans and brown rice 😋 This just became my go-to fish recipe😄🐟
