WOWZERS - YUM!!!! So stinking easy and delicious... I used 4 calamari steaks (cooked 2-3 min til gold) and subbed cilantro for the parsley. Hubby, Keith, LOVED this!!!!!

Delicious! Have made this a few times and no need to adjust-flavor is on point! I only added extra tomatoes to make it more of a filling main course when this is the only thing I’m eating,
