This came out great! I said asparagus, mushrooms onion and garlic in butter and olive oil added salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. I will cook it again!

Did not have lemon. Lucky to have had kerrygold butter. Added thyme and cherry tomatoes. Served beside roasted chicken with orange slices.

Haven’t tasted it yet, but it looks and smells good. I also added a little olive oil and used less butter and mushrooms for a twist.

Personally I added a few extra touches of my own, like sauteed onions and some of my homegrown rosemary... to die for! It's a very good recipe that really inspired a top dish for dinner. Among the asparagus I paired with a wonderfully seasoned brown sugar steak of my own recipe; also garnished with fresh homegrown rosemary. Absolutely a delicious and simple recipe i would keep on hand.

This will be my new way to cook asparagus! Perfect, yummy flavor. I used two dashes of lemon juice, I’ll use only one next time! I loaded up on the garlic and it was perfect!!

I cooked it for about 5 minutes. Had the perfect crunch and very yummy. Will definitely make this again!

I added a bit of Maple Bacon seasoning and Knorr beef powder which improved the taste.

This recipe is really easy to overcook. The flavor was good, but since it uses young asparagus you have to be careful with timing and temperature. Will try it again.
