This recipe is really easy to overcook. The flavor was good, but since it uses young asparagus you have to be careful with timing and temperature. Will try it again.

Very good! Even my 2 year old loved it! I overcooked the first bunch I tried, but adding the lemon juice helped fix the bitterness. Will definitely use this recipe again.
