- 1 lb. venison sausage (we've used pan sausage and link sausage with equal success)
- 2 lb. chopped potatoes
- 12 cups vegetable broth (or chicken broth/stock)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 6 cloves garlic (chopped fine)
- moringa leaf (a lot of, or kale chopped small)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 dash cayenne (optional - I put this in my soups when we're struggling with stuffy noses)
