  • 1 farinheira (Portuguese pork sausage with flour, or similar)
  • 1/2 package frozen spinach
  • 1 puff pastry (rectangular fresh)
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1 egg (beaten)

    Directions

    1. Fill a saucepan with water, and bring to a boil.
    2. Add the sausage, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes after the water boils.
    3. Once cooked, remove the sausage, set aside, but keep the water on the stove. Add the spinach and a pinch of salt.
