We loved this dish! I made it for my mom who is vegan. I used cooked 4 beyond bratwurst-sausages in the oven first instead of meat. We aren’t too big on spicy food, so I didn’t use the chili, poblano pepper or hot sauce. I put a couple teaspoons of paprika instead. It came out great!

This was good. I think the veggie broth diluted the taste some so needed to add salt. Added franks hot sauce to the plate itself and that was good. Did not add the hot pepper to the dish since I didn’t have any. Made this vegan with beyond sausage and next time is use the spicy one

So easy, so delish. Used Hillshire turkey sausage. I used defrosted frozen peppers. Just reduced chicken broth a bit. My 5th star wouldn’t work but definitely 5 stars.

We loved this recipe. We used a can of fire roasted tomatoes and pulled back on the chili spices. It was excellent!

The only changes I made was that I didn't add the chili. Instead I used sazon, black pepper, and the rest of the seasons. I also used Cajun sausages and it came out really good!! Will definitely be making this again for the family!

It was delicious! I browned my sausages a little longer because I like them that way & omitted the cumin, & chili then added a little salt to sauce to taste.
