- 500 grams beef sausages (casings removed, meat roughly torn into chunks)
- 500 grams tortellini (store-bought fresh, any filling works well eg. beef or spinach and cheese)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 700 mL sauce (quarantine, or tomato passata)
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup cavolo nero (coarsely torn, Tuscan kale)
- 3/4 cup cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, whatever you can find in your fridge)
