Stale croissants proved too stale - subbed 1 can of crescent rolls, subbed 1 entire onion for the powder, used 3 teaspoons of chopped garlic, atop the powder, and chopped 1 yellow bell pepper - sautéed this all together with the sausage, then seasonings. Used too much hot sauce, so added 2 more eggs, and let it sit overnight.
