- 1/2 cup white wine (4oz, 120ml dry)
- 2 1/4 cups chicken stock (18oz, 540ml, may not all be used)
- 1/2 onion (chopped other half for the condimenti)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (– freshly grated, about 2oz, 60gr)
- 6 oz. sausages (180gr ,any flavor, hot or not)
- 4 oz. fresh spinach (120gr ,roughly chopped)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
