- 1/2 cup polenta (quick-cooking, mix or yellow cornmea)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (chilled, cut into ½-inch dice)
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream (plus 1 tablespoon for brushing)
