Delicious! I substituted turkey sausage and it turned out great! Definately liked the fact That I didn't spend all day in the kitchen making it. I also liked that I had already had most of the ingredients in my kitchen. Great Recipe!👌🏽

Tasty soup with lots of vegetables. It has a strong tomato flavor reminiscent of pasta sauce, seeing as it has many of the same ingredients. I would add more sausage maybe even half a pound of sweet sausage. It'll be great as the winter gets colder.
Doubled the sausage. Added some zucchini from the garden. Red chili's too. You can substitute fresh cooked pasta if you don't like the lentils. Have also tried with kale and spinach. It all works.
