I had to make my own flour since i didnt have any at the moment.. overall not bad but they came out a bit dry.. might have used the wrong cheese (cheddar), plus i didnt quite understand the steps clearly, still not bad.. thanks for sharing!

Yummy! I did both mini muffins & full-sized versions. I think the full-sized version tasted better. These were easy to make & were a great breakfast that my husband & I had all week. Stored them in the fridge & microwaved them for 30 seconds each morning.
