- 1 gluten (free buttermilk skillet cornbread, chopped into 1-inch squares, I bake the cornbread 2 days ahead of time and leave it on the counter to dry out.)
- 8 slices gluten (free whole grain or white bread, chopped into ½" squares)
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 small yellow onion (diced)
- 4 celery ribs (diced)
- 2 fuji apples (core removed and chopped)
- 2 tsp. fresh marjoram (minced, or ¾ teaspoon dried marjoram)
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves (minced, or ¾ teaspoon dried thyme)
