Directions
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in 6-quart saucepot or large, deep skillet and brown sausage, in batches, turning occasionally.
- Add red peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until tender; drain, if desired. Stir in Pasta Sauce and cook until sausage is done and Sauce is heated through. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rigatoni pasta or in Italian rolls.
