This dish was delicious! I made it for my wife..and she couldn't get enough of it! Recipe makes enough for leftovers. Flavor was awesome! Will definitely make again

Love this dish. I use left over bbq sausages and sometimes will use tomato sauce instead of diced tomatoes. Add qute a bit more spices to meet my tastes, also add red wine

This dish was a huge hit for my family. Everyone thought it was really good and they all had seconds. Although I used fresh herbs from our garden instead of the dried, I used yellow, orange, and red bell peppers and penne pasta instead. I'll definitely be making this again and again.
