- 7.5 oz. biscuits (package of, *I used a larger pack as I have not been to the U.S where I normally buy the 7.5oz packs, you can weigh out 7.5oz, 6 biscuits I shared a picture of the ones I bought.)
- 6 breakfast sausages (pork, cooked and diced)
- 6 slices center cut bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (*I used 1%)
- 1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup (*I used great value sugar free syrup, ½ cup= 2SP)
- 1 dash salt (& pepper)
