- 4 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour

Directions
- Preheat waffle maker.
- In a bowl, whisk together 4 eggs; add cheese and almond flour.
- Spray waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray and spoon 2-3 tablespoons chaffle batter on top of waffle maker; top with sausage. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons chaffle batter on top of sausage; close. Cook 3-4 minutes; remove and repeat for additional chaffles.

it was elicious, i would definitely make it again. a tiny bit of batter goes a long way.
