Description
This easy-to-make sausage quiche recipe is a quick way to feed the whole family. Using Jimmy Dean® Sausage Skillets cuts down on prep time, giving you more family time.
Ingredients

- 1 box refrigerated pie crust (softened as directed on package)
- 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean® Sausage Skillets
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli (thawed, drained)
- 6 eggs (beaten)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Spray bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, unroll and stack crusts on top of each other. Roll to a 16x12-inch rectangle. Fit crust into pan, pressing firmly into corners and sides. Flute top of crust, if desired.
- Bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375⁰F.
- Sprinkle Skillets mixture evenly over crust. Beat eggs and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in cheese and salt and pepper. Pour over ingredients in pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 12 squares to serve.
