- 2 lb. rigatoni pasta (whole grain)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups heavy cream (or milk)
- 60 oz. tomato sauce low sodium
- 30 oz. diced tomatoes (low-sodium)
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme (oregano, and basil)
