It turned out really nice, you definitely need a tray where everything can spread out to get the caramelising but it’s still good without it.

I really liked the flavor however I will have to do a lot of tweaking (because the sausage and onion were overcooked, garlic burned.) I will start the potatoes and peppers cooking for ten minutes or so before adding the sausage and onions, and leave out the garlic. I also added a half teaspoon of salt which it needed. I will definitely make this dish again and appreciate getting the recipe.
