Very good, although I would adjust the temp to 375 and cook for 50 min then add the cheese at the end to prevent burning.

Added sautéed peppers and onions to the recipe and took it to a pot luck. Lots of wonderful comments about it. Will definitely make it again

It was great! My 10 year old gave it a thumbs up. Used Alexia hash browns. They are already seasoned, so no other seasoning required.

So good. And even good heated up for several days after. Did add a little extra cheese.

This was super easy and delicious! Next time I think I will add some diced onion and peppers or tomatoes too

This recipe did take a while to make for me but it was totally worth it. Everyone loved it and I will be making it again next year on Christmas morning.
