Very good 👍. I used turkey sausage instead. Seasoned with a little onion and garlic powder and it was a hit.

Very good....I am a big sage fan so I added some to the gravy but my secret weapon is sprinkling a little sage and salt on the top of the biscuits before baking. Grands southern style works the best for me.

I have made this multiple times and it always turns out great I extend the volume by using 4 1/2 cups of milk and 4 1/2 tablespoons of flower this optimizes the meat to sauce ratio

Nice favor, it was breakfast for something different. I will cook again for sure.

I made half of what was called for and I substituted turkey sausage, turned out to be a perfect healthy
portion.

worked perfectly, my mrs and myself loved it. I did add a bit more flour, to thicken it up and it tasted great.
thankyou very much

This was my first time making Biscuits and Gravy and I could not be happier with the results! It was so good and so easy! The only thing I did different was add in some red pepper flakes and garlic powder! Lots of flavor! :)

I used the sausage recipe (already had a biscuit recipe). I had one pound of sausage, 3 cups of milk was too much and I had to add about two more table spoons of flour and the gravy was still too runny. Two cups was probably enough. I also had chorizo instead of American sausage. It turned out great except for having to adjust thickness.

I did end up adding an extra tablespoon of floor because I like my gravy a bit thicker but that's just my personal preference.

It was plain, however add seasoning like a garlic powder, extra pepper and splash of salt 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻🤩🤩

2 lbs of sausage was too much but all the flavor was there.
Next time I will cut sausage to 1.5 lbs

I make this gluten free (gf flour) with Bob Evan's spicy sausage gravy - tastes amazing!
