I should of read the reviews first. Not enough flour and pork made too much fat. I should of drain the fat before putting flour in. My sauce didn’t have the heavy cream factor. It was okay didn’t taste like the restaurants.

I didn’t use the measurement for flour one teaspoon wouldn’t thicken anything for basic white sauce you would need 6 tbs for 2 cups of milk that’s the reason for 1 Star

its was super good love the recipe although i added an extra teaspoon of flour just to thicken a little more
