I loved this recipe, I've tweaked it. Added celery and carrots, and I didn't add the mushrooms. I left the water out and used more chicken broth.
Very delicious & hearty for cooler weather.

This recipe for Sausage Gnocchi Soup was quite delicious. I used cauliflower gnocchi (personal prefernce when I can find it) instead of potato gnocchi. The only change I would make is to use more liquid.

It was very good. Only change I used regular Italian sausage due to availability. My son and I both liked it very much and I will definitely make it again.
