Amazing. I didn’t follow the recipe exactly, but was very close. The result was amazing. Used Kroger Mild Italian Sausage for the crust, Kroger pizza sauce (it’s the lowest sugar I’ve found that I like), mozzarella, Italian cheese blend, bell pepper, onion, and ham.

Wow! Very impressed. Followed the instructions but added a bit more sauce on top after it was done. Great!

I had 3 leftover cooked Italian saidage love no’s so I took off the casings and brought them to room temperature and crumbled them up.. they didn’t really mold into a circle very well and I only put the crust in the oven for about 10 minutes since the sausage was already cooked. Followed the test of the recipe but only by half as the 3 sausages were about equal to 1/2 lb.
I did feel it needed more sauce so sauce so I did full amount plus some. Overall it’s a good recipe and I’ll try it again with uncooked sausage
