I cut the flour down to about 2.5 cups after reading reviews. Also, it helps to have freshly grated room temp cheese (helps with moisture and mixing). I love them!

This has way too much flour. I mixed for 2 solid minutes and it was still a crumbly mess. I just threw it in the trash. Sad to have wasted a pack of sausage.

i ended up with WAY TOO MUCH DRY INGREDIENTS. this recipe needs less flour or 2 more lbs of sausage. HORRIBLE!!!!

use milk instead of water, zesty sausage instead of pepper and you have yourself some delicious snacks for the holidays. use a crkck pot to keep them soft and moist after baking.

Neede to add more water to make balls stick together before baking. Baked 10 min longer due to size of balls
