- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. flank steak (halved lengthwise, then cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices)
- 2 green bell pepper (medium, cut into thin strips)
- 1 onions (large, thinly sliced)
- 1 jar Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., or Ragu® Light Pasta Sauce)
- 3/4 cup low sodium beef broth (or reduced-sodium)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. egg noodles (yolk-free, cooked and drained)

Directions
- In 3-quart saucepan, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil over medium-high heat and cook steak, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until done. Remove steak and set aside.
- In same saucepan, heat remaining 3 teaspoon olive oil over medium-high heat and cook green peppers and onion, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until pepper is tender. Stir in Pasta Sauce, broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Return steak to skillet and simmer 2 minutes or until heated through. To serve, spoon meat and sauce over hot noodles.
