- 1 onions (medium, grinded to paste)
- 2 tsp. ginger garlic paste (– you can use readymade ones or can prepare yourself by grinding. If you use grinded one then you may need more of it.)
- 1 small tomatoes
- 1 tsp. tamarind pulp
- 2 tsp. coriander powder
- cilantro leaves (9. ¼ cup dhania, chopped, optional)
- salt (To taste)
- sugar (to taste – if you have sweet tooth like all Bengalis have)
- 7 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- sunflower oil
- 2 green chilies
- red chili peppers
