Directions
- Combine all d masala such as tejpatta, lavang, kalimiri, dalchini,, dhania, chanadal, rice and roast it in a pan, then grind those in a mortar..
- Take a pressure cooker, add ginger- garlic paste, onion paste, mix it well, aftr 5 minz add tomato paste, then add the mirchi powder, then add the roasted powder that we prepared earlier, then add salt
- Finally, add the mutton, add the coriander, then 2 glasses of water, close the lid, wait till the 4 whistles are done, after a while open the lid add fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with roti and rice.
