Description
For these Santa Fe style pizzas, all you need is 10 ingredients and 30 minutes before you can dig into this indulgent meal. Beans and green bell peppers are the main stars of this pizza, but it is perfectly accented with avocado, scallions, and cilantro for a ton of flavor. A sprinkle of cheese holds it all together on top of a perfectly tender pizza crust. This isn't your typical pizza, it has tons more flavor.

- 2/3 cup beans (cooked)
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 scallion (diced)
- 1/2 cup cilantro (minced)
- 1 cup cheese (melting, shredded, such as Chihuahua, may substitute a mild colby or cheddar)
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. chile flakes (may substitute cayenne)
- ground black pepper
- 1 lime

Directions
- Roll out the pizza dough to form 2 pizzas. Divide the beans, pepper, scallions, and cilantro between them.
- Sprinkle with cheese and place into a hot oven for 10-15 minutes, until the dough is slightly golden and the cheese is melted.
- Make the guacamole by mashing the avocado and combining with the garlic salt, chile flakes, pepper, and lime juice.
- Let the pizzas cool for 5 minuts after removing from oven and top with guacamole. Serve.
