This sauce came out perfect! No joke! I was able to use most of my own garden grown ingredients (Roma tomatoes, garlic, and basil) which made this a very satisfying recipe. I chose to add in the peeled carrot and Parmesan rind that was suggested, but opted out of the thyme. This sauce was full-bodied and flavorful! And I don’t think I could ever go back to making pasta with jarred tomato sauce again after this. My eyes have been opened and my stomach has been filled. 10/10
