- 26 oz. plum tomatoes (can of whole, crushed by hand)
- 2 cups red wine (or dry white)
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 12 clams (small, scrubbed)
- 12 mussels (scrubbed)
- 9 shrimp (16-20 count, peeled and deveined)
- 9 sea scallops (large)
- 3 crabs (dungeness preferred, snow crab, blue claw, or Stone Crab Claws)
- 1/2 lb. fish (firm, cut into 3 pieces optional)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (more if you like it spicy)
