- 2 tsp. coriander powder (dhania)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. mango powder (amchur)
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (finely chopped, hara dhania)
- 1 cup all purpose flour (plain flour or maida)
- 2 Tbsp. sooji (fine, semolina flour, available in Indian grocery stores)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour (maida or plain flour)
- 1/4 cup water
- oil (to fry)
