- 4Â Tbsp. oil (45 ml + 5 ml)

- 1Â tsp. cumin seeds
- 1Â tsp. fennel seeds
- 2Â tsp. coriander seeds (crushed)
- 1Â tsp. ginger (finely chopped)
- 1Â green chili (chopped)
- 1/4Â tsp. asafoetida (hing)
- 1/2Â cup green peas (I used frozen green peas which I soaked in warm water for 10-15 minutes before using)
- 1Â tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2Â tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2Â tsp. amchur (dried mango powder)
- 1/4Â tsp. red chili powder (or add more to taste)
- 3/4Â tsp. salt (or to taste)

I would double the dough. I like my samosas medium/large 😊. The dough made mini samosas in my opinion.
