Palusami is by far more then just a simple dish in the islands depending on how its cooked.
Here in the mainlands we use Coconut Cream, Taro Leaves, Banana leaves as out side wrap (not for eating), Small Onions Diced, Salt and Pepper, Corn beef 4-6 tbs (Or Salmon Filets 6oz) per wrap.. and you have a delicious Samoan Gold Healthy Wrap. One of my favorite Samoan Dishes EVERR! Thanks for sharing 🥰
