- 2 tsp. vanilla (Mexican, or whatever vanilla extract you have)
- sea salt (Coarse grain, for finishing)
- 1 qt. heavy cream
- 1 qt. whole milk
- 22 oz. egg yolks (by weight, use your kitchen scale for this one)
- 1 lb. sugar (split)
- 4 vanilla beans
- sprinkles
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature, plus more for pan)
- 3 cups all purpose flour (plus more for pan)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups strawberry jam (or other flavor)
- 2/3 cup salted peanuts (roughly chopped)
- 8 oz. steel cut oats
- 4 oz. all purpose flour
- 4 oz. brown sugar
- 8 oz. butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- cinnamon (to taste)
