These are amazing!!! Followed the steps and ingredients as listed, but cut the measurements in half since I didn’t need to make such a large batch. I used a bar of Lindt white chocolate that I chopped up myself instead. As another commenter said, they come out soft but firm up on the cooling rack. For sure making again!

OMG these are soooo good. The butter took longer than 5 minutes but don’t leave it because when it turns colour it does so quickly. I followed the recipe except I used milk chocolate chips as I don’t really like white chocolate. The sprinkle of salt after you take them out of the overnight is perfect. It took exactly 8 minutes as well. You will not be disappointed if you like the salty sweet kind of dessert.

Brought these to an annual cookie swap I attend and they were a huge hit. They travel well and keep for a long time. I made them on a Wednesday. Brought them on a Friday. Still delicious on Sunday. Made exactly as directed. They come out soft but firm up just right. Parchment paper made for easy cleanup. Will definitely make again.
