These brownie bites are a healthy snack and sweet treat all wrapped into one. Packed with healthy fats, protein and grains they are sure-fire way to fuel up. Whether you are curbing your sweet tooth or fueling your little athlete–you want to make these!
Ingredients

- 8 dates (pitted, soak in hot water for 5 minutes)
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. water (warm date, as needed)

Directions
- In a food processor, combine the soaked dates and raisins and pulse to form a paste. Add the remaining ingredients and blend under a batter is formed. The consistency should be dense but moist. Add water as needed.
- Roll the batter into golf-ball sized bites. Refrigerate to set. Freeze for up to one month.
