It was going really well until I added the cream and some of it crystallized. I'm sure it's because I didn't let it reach room temp first.

Very good recipe. I stirred the pot while cooking so the sugar could carmelize more evenly and quickly. I did not measure the salt but only added a sprinkle instead. It was great on desserts! It thickens significantly as it cools. I was worried with how watery it was after cooking but it turned out great after I put it in the refrigerator to cool.

Very good, the directions didn't work for me, but I managed to salvage it all the same, turned out very well. A little saltier than I would have preferred but 5 stars!

Turned out perfect. Great flavor. I used it as a drizzle for some white chocolate brownies I made. I would give it 5 stars, but my silly phone only lets me do 4.

Best caramel sauce. I made 2 versions, one with salt, the other without it just to spoon it into my coffee. Good job!

Excellent caramel syrup! We are adding it into a chocolate ice cream, which has been a hit! It's also great with apple slices, or added to hot chocolate or coffee.

It turned out great and I ended up cooling it to make soft caramels but it was very good!!
