- 3 Tbsp. coffee creamer (caramel, I used International Delight Simply Pure)

- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. sea salt (or kosher salt)
