- 10 medjool dates (pitted, I use Natural Delights)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (real)
- 2 1/2 cups milk (non-dairy, plain flavors)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- salted caramel (Swirl:)

- 1/4 tsp. salt (I use fleur de sel)
- 1/4 cup dates (and add more as needed - will vary greatly based on how "dry" or soaked your)
